I admire your choice of background in the first screenshot.

You should try reading the text underneath the forum category name though.

Yes, you did. If your game has enough progress on it, go to Submissions > Submit Game in the top bar and add it in there. If it doesn't, keep on working on it until you feel it's ready to be submitted.
