Is there a way i can change the way the battles are set up in RMVX?

Yeah, put your desktop in the microwave and set it on. Seriously now, be a bit more eloberative! It IS possible to change the BS with scripts, but we need to know what you want! Sideview? ATB? 1 on 1?

You might want to look in RPG Revolution or RPGMakerVX.net for the script. I they have a list of community scripts in each forum, so you might want to check that out.

so when i put in the new battle script, do i have to delete the others or will it automatically go?

nvm. i got a side battle script and it works fine, but how can i change the battle background?

Depends on the script you got. Something as easy as changing the background could be easily scouted out and figured out by yourself by a little ctrl+f in the script editor, though if you need to change the mechanics of the battle system, then you might need some help.
