HOW TO MAKE A MENU WITH EVENTS (RMVX)

Does any of you know how to make a menu with events?

If so, please tell me how, I prefer to make a demo of it and
send me the download (Saves time...)

All i want, is to make a menu system with events that uses pictures
for the graphics.

You know, it has the cursor image and the menu backdrop...

Or you can make a script for me....?!?!? << Doubtful
