Hello, RMN!

So, you may have seen my threads before. I'm presently developing a video game with fellow RMN member Nukei. It's all going well, however, we have encountered a few stumbling blocks. So here we are, posting an invitation for people to join this project!

We are currently looking for these positions:
-Concept/Game Artist. We need a fairly experienced artist to produce character/face art for the RMVX engine. This will include NPC's, Player Characters, some boss art etc etc. Also some in-game scenes.

-Sound Artist. Someone who is capable of producing a soundtrack, using whatever. Royalty free, creative commons, or even their own mixes. This one really is open to anyone who has a dab hand at audio.

-Balancer. To qualify, we're not after a balancing act. We need someone who is good at balancing stats and battles, to provide fairness with an equal dose of challenge.

This is open to anyone, but they must be able to contribute regularly to the project. We're expecting you to be able to stick with this, as well; Journey is a big game, with a lot of ideas, so you may be dedicating a fair portion of time to this.

Feel free to message either myself or Nukei for more information, and we look forward to working with anyone who surrenders their souls to- I mean agrees to join this project.

Thanks for your time,
Chaosbahamut123.
Honestly, requests like this are better made when your game has neared the point of completion and you are looking to add the finishing touches. That way, those who choose to help won't feel like their hard work could go down the drain because the project dies out. Also, the "Balancer" job is what beta-testers are for, and they can do it better than one person could, really. Getting various players of various skill-levels will help you get a better reading on how difficult the battles actually are.
Yeah. But, as far as Concept Art goes, we need that for the beginning of the game before we start mapping, spriting, etc.

Speaking of, we've got applicants for the Concept Artist and the Sound Dude. I'll take your suggestion about the beta-testers, though.
