Now, I am a bit new here so if this is wrong to ask let me know. I am thinking of using the new Rpg Maker VX or 2003 for my newest game. It involves Spyro see. But I can't find any Spyro sprite resource for my game. His GBA games should have been ripped by now. So if anyone could pwease find some for me. Oh, and some Rhynocs.

You may want to bookmark this link - Spriters resource has a ton of rips from plenty of games. Including Spyro.

That's great and all, but it's not in the engines format of accepting sprite sheets. What are the requirements to upload sprites to the rpg makers?

You could just cut and paste the sprites around to make a sheet. The sheet format info should be in the help file included with RPGM2003. If you're using Windows 7, it'll prompt you to install the old help viewer.
