now this is what i call a trailer
Yes, there is choppiness in the mech locations in the video, it's because it was captured in slow motion with a spectator camera from demos recorded from network games. Actual network play looks fine.
very promising for a game only 9 (!) months in development by a team of less than 10 guys (!!)...personally this is a "shut up and take my money" game at this point.
mechs are kinda Patlabor-ish, which I like, though I also feel like they are a bit too generic-looking. But it's an early build so who knows. Gameplay looks like it could be fun. It's going to be an FPS though, we'll see how well they pull that off.
right now it seems to be multiplayer only. someone fund this so that we can get a game good enough to inject life into the genre...

It will probably play a lot like Front Mission Evolved, Armored Core, and other Mech games that aren't Mech Warrior (since MW is a much slower paced game than these)
not enough camera shake in that trailer; needs more camera shake.
that said, the environments are already hot diggity damn levels of cool, especially considering they've only been working on this for 9 months(!). while i might not leap at the chance to buy it, as i'm not the world's biggest fps guy, i will definitely keep an eye out for more info on it.

Can't say much but it definitely looks interesting.
