LET'S DISCUSS SUPER POWERS!

It's for a yet undisclosed reason. However, I would like to discuss Super Powers.
First of all, let's start by listing the BEST and the WORST super powers found in comics, tv, movies, games, or radio. Existing powers in published media
I'll try to keep a list as we go along in this post, and when we have a "good" list done, I'll reveal what this is... Oh, I would like to note: Do not list anything that is all-encompassing. Omnipotent, omnipresent etc... Because those are actually really bad powers (for storytelling. At least unless you want to copy Dr. Manhattan or dig into some deep psychological topics).
So, if there's a power you want to list, first say the power, and then who has it / where it's from, and then describe why it's useful/good or useless/terrible.

For example:
Long Tongue
See: Sugar Man
-This is a bad power because, unless you're striving for a life in Porno... you really have no practical use in a hero or villain situation.
Healing Factor
See: Claire Bennet
-This is a great power because, you can heal from any wound! There's no killing the unkillable. Usually means you get long life, or immortality too? Pretty sweet!

Break Into Pieces
See: Buggy The Clown
-This is a great power because, it allows you to split into any amount of pieces while remaining alive, making it very hard to kill you. It also allows you to fly any of your parts provided they remain within range of your feet which must remain on the ground

Worst: Narcoleptic Teleportation
U-Go Girl from X-Men. Not only does she have a horrible name, and a power other people have - teleportation - but using it actually makes her pass out. Awesome. You go, girl. This power is best used for teleporting home to your bed after a night of hard drinking.
Best: Shapeshifting
Also from X-Men: Mystique. Not only can she take any form that suits her, but her body restructures itself to be immune to aging and all disease, including the Legacy Virus that 'cures' mutants. Suck it, virus.
U-Go Girl from X-Men. Not only does she have a horrible name, and a power other people have - teleportation - but using it actually makes her pass out. Awesome. You go, girl. This power is best used for teleporting home to your bed after a night of hard drinking.

Ability to eat Anything

-This is a very good power because nobody's your enemy after you've digested them (assuming you can fit them in your mouth), also has the advantage of copying the powers of your food.

The power to bring your imagination to life litteraly
This is a good power because you could summon a man eating felix to eat all your enemies and you could imagine a super weapon that could zap your man eating felix into a sack of beans in-case he gets too hungry however this would be bad because you could lose your mind and go crazy creating all sorts of crazy unnecessary stuff. ( loose touch with reality e.t.c ) might work for a super villain.
The power to look through walls well this could be good for a spy or perv or something but would suck since you'd run into walls almost everywhere you go.

Also, super awesome powers are:
Superspeed (ie The Flash). typically, being the fastest in a fight means you're going to win. especially if you can vibrate THROUGH solid objects and make them explode.

having the ability to do this usually confers some resistance to it, and thus a stalemate or epic face-off ... as Prof. X did have at least once
But... Batman... He's a millionaire, money is basically a power... Batman, Booster Gold, Iron Man, Green Arrow; they have the cash to afford powers. Batman's utility belt is essentially a power, Iron Man's Armor, Green Arrow's quiver, Booster Gold's suit; these are forms of power mimicry.
