THE SOURCE OF THIS MIDI FILE PLEASE

Hello there. I've downloaded Cavern of Doom a few days ago and found this midi file in there.

I'd simply like to know where this midi comes from. I've never heard it before and it simply sounds awesome. It's a strange request and I wasn't sure where to put it, but maybe someone can help me with this.
