I don't know of any mods that would let you do this, though they may exist. I use pictures in mine, with a basic parallel process event to keep them scrolling.
There are no such patches if that's what you mean.
But it's no problem to use pictures, of course.
(Please don't start getting lazy, requesting a patch for everything, just because I am around^^ - escpecially things which can also be done using events. This is what happens at the German communities sometimes.)

These are not smart-alec answers, they're real answers.
When you've seen the same beginner's issues come along time and time again and a person can't be bothered to do anything except ask people to fix/do everything for them then it gets pretty tiresome. Most issues people have with rm starting out have been covered hundreds of times on the forums already, there's no need to make a thread every time you come across a minor challenge.
You MAKE them compatible with rm2k3, there isn't an existing rm2k3 resource for everything in the world. Some things you have to do yourself or go without.

You come here demanding that people do things for you, supply you with resources, etc. when you can simply go to google and get them your god damn self. If you don't know how to use google, then maybe you don't need the resources in the first place.
NewBlack is not an idiot or a bad guy of any sort and not treating you bad in any way. In fact, he was far easier on you than most would be.

No one has the right to tell you what to do, obviously. For that matter, nobody is obligated to do things for you, either. I highly doubt you googled for rm2k3 clouds before asking the question, as your reply was 6 minutes after Cherry's, but that's moot.
You're blowing everything out of proportion. The only complaint people have against you is that you seem not to be putting much effort into your design process. You've amply demonstrated a routine where you have an idea, then ask people to put the pieces together for you. Everyone was fine with it at first, then when we picked up on that apparent lack of effort, they said so, and now you're snapping at people for it. No one's a smart alec. No one is being snide.
People have linked some good topics and resources. Bookmark those, and before you make your next help topic, try some things, and if you still need help, explain what you had tried prior to asking for help. That way, if your problems are not due to effort rather than a flawed design process, people can respond accordingly.
