Ok, so alot of times I see in some peoples screen shots panorama is seen while editing a map in RPGM 2003, is it possible for me to see panoramas while i'm editing?
If so How do I go about it doing it?
LockeZ
I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

No, they either edit it in later with an image editing program or they take screenshots of real gameplay and put them side by side to make the whole map.

also wrong board, but too late now, topic's already over. it really was quick

In Rm2k3, if the dimensions of your map is 20x15, you can see the panorama in the background while your editing; that is, if the map is set to have a panorama.

the panorama is only visible if it is exactly the size of the whole map. here's a hot tip- rm uses 16x16 tiles, so take the dimensions of your map and multiply both numbers by 16. if your panorama is the dimensions that come out, you'll be able to see it in the editor.

so if your map is 20x15 tiles, 20 * 16 is 320 and 15 * 16 is 240, hence a 320x240 pixel dimension for your panorama.
if your map is 50x50 tiles, your panorama would need to be 800x800 pixels to display in the editor.
/me <3's tardis's hot tips.

I spake too soon, meguesseth. Hooray for undocumented functionality!
Thanks a lot Tardis, that was a big help
XP doesn't have this function, but VX does, without the size limitation.
