HELP WITH DIALOGUE

Hi,
I'm very new to RPG Maker VX and i was wondering something about dialogue. I wanted my king to give the player information on a quest, ask if he understood and then give him the option of 'yes' or 'no' this part works fine.
When he says yes the king says something and the dialogue ends, however when he says 'no' i want the dialogue to repeat from the beginning automatically and i can't get it to.
e.g "Then i shall explain again" and then repeat the conversation, but when the king says "Then i shall explain again" the chat window closes and you have to talk to him again.
Also after the conversation ends, if the player tries to speak with the king again i want him to say something different entirely
e.g "now go forth and complete your quest.
Also, is their any tutorials you could recommend for me? As i said i'm new to this.
Thanks for reading :)

To make the king repeat what he said, you want to use the "Label" and "Jump to Label" event commands. To make the king say something different when you talk to him again, you need to use switches or self switches. Look for a tutorial that explains switches, self switches and variables. You absolutely need to understand them to make a decent game.
Also, this is a bit advanced but...don't do what you're doing. It's fine as an exercise to teach yourself branch conditionals and labels but as an actual game design choice it's freaking annoying.
