I have no idea how possible or feasible it is to make a MMORPG in RPG Maker XP. The engine was definitely NOT designed to make MMORPGs, in any event. Another thing to consider is that MMOs need to achieve a minimum player base to be viable and successful - and this is just something that I don't see happening with an RPG maker game.
I would instead drop the "massive" (and perhaps "online") part of the project and just try to make a multiplayer RPG, if that is your ambition.

If it's possible to do a multiplayer game in XP/VX, on-line or no, it would be a script and a half. I'm pretty sure of that. If you're not quite comfortable messing with scripts yet (they might be "too hard"), I'd suggest putting this idea aside for a while, and work on something else more on your skill level.
