Learn a browser coding language of your choice. (java, AS3, HTML5/JS) Then make a game.
I'm guessing you don't have the patience for that, but would you want to make something like this? In that case, PM me or something and I can get you the basic engine, all you'd need to do would be to write the script, plus a bit of formatting weird stuff.
