PAYING JOB, SPRITER NEEDED (CHARSETS/POSES)

Hello there! I have been working on a project for quite some time now (well over a year). Up until this point I have had a (semi) dedicated charset artist who has created all of my graphic requests (and there are quite a few of them). Unfortunately, life happens, and I am now in need of a new artist.

Now, this is a large job, and is a continuous job. I am trying to create animated attack poses of all enemies, and I also need some more poses for the main character. The game is an ABS, essentially a mix between the Zelda games, Sword of Mana and Crystalis. The programming is mostly finished for the majority of the game, and maps are being made. Unfortunately, as skilled as I am at actually USING the maker, I have little to know charset making skills.

As I understand this is going to be a lot of work, I am willing to pay. Prices will be negotiated, but will be per sheet of characters. I would like to see samples, and I will also upload a sample of my previous artists work. You can finish his work if you'd like (the axe and spear battle poses, 4 each per direction), or show me something completely different.

Also, if there are more than one artist that impress me, each will receive different assignments, and will all be paid .

Hello, I'm a spriter, and I might be willing to consider your offer. I've had quite a bit of experience with spriting animation and am capable of working at a pretty quick speed.

I've previously done the sprite work for Vacant Sky, and otherwise do my own sprites in my own time. Here's a few examples of ones that are both animated and not:

I'm also capable of working with smaller sprites, so if you need examples for that, I'm willing to try to toss something together.
Hey man,
Thank you for replying so quickly. I would need to see some charset sized sprites, as that is what I am dealing with in my project. I do like the look of what you have done though.
Stupid computer. Sorry about the triple post
Sure thing. Do you have any particular character designs you want me to make examples for, or should I just toss something random together?
The character posted in the first post is the main char. That would work, otherwise, feel free to make something random.
Alright. I'm heading off to bed soon, but I'll be sure to post something tomorrow. I might try for both a variation of the main character, and an example of a random character in the same style, since a simple sprite edit is rarely a good example of one's ability to sprite as a whole.

Did some example edits to the spear poses, and finished the front and back ones for it. I redid a good bit of the side ones to give the guy a little more balance and slightly more dynamic movement, but I used the same movement blur style. Thoughts? Do you still want me to do the axe for further examples?
Hey ganonfrog, yea, that was pretty quick. I would like to see the axe as another example, since it is a single frame, I can put it quickly into the maker and see how it looks.

The only comment I have is that the spear is very hard to see on the frontal view, and should be seen a little on the rear view. However, I do like the adjustments to the balance on the side views.

Is this an acceptable edit?

Also, I have to admit that I'm a little confused about what you mean by "single frame" for the axe. Which frame are you asking for?
That's excellent right there.

What I mean by single frame is that it fits into one frame, unlike the spear, where the head of the spear extends beyond and into a second frame.
Hey, what's your email address? It would probably be quicker to go through emails
Well, this sucks. I am still willing to pay people!
I'm alive. Sorry about the absence. I was unable to get online for a couple of days.

My email is Ganonfrog@gmail.com
