I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

CloseAs I played Contra with my fifty wives, I entered a code for fifty lives. Each of the lives each had fifty continues; each of the continues brought up fifty menus. The fifty menus each had fifty cursors, each of which made the game fifty times worser. Each time it got worser I stabbed with fifty knives. How many deaths had my fifty wives?

Worser is totallizzamally a word
Considering that the game wasn't actually played, it was just you entering the extra lives/extra continues code, then I would have to agree with dezz: there were no in-game deaths. Also, as dezz points out, you fail to mention what you stabbed. There is also no indication to me that a stabbing would necessarily lead to death.
However, since I was curious, if one multiplies that all out, you get 781,250,000,000.
*Edit: Never mind. The first part of the riddle says "playing Contra with my fifty wives". Which would indicate that the game was, eventually, played. Though it would take quite a bit of setup if the code worked the way this riddle indicates that it does! It still doesn't indicate how many times the wives died in-game, or what the result of a stabbing is, if a wife was the target of such an attack.

It is indeed a riddle of ambiguity.
0 is an acceptable answer for the reason cited by Fallen-Griever. The answer of 0 assumes that I was the only one actually playing, and that either I beat the game without using a continue (which is fucking not happening, we are talking about Contra here) or I stabbed something other than my wives (reasonable).
I would also have accepted 50: I was the only one playing, and upon using up my 50 lives halfway through the second stage, I attempted to use a continue, and went on a violent murder spree.
I would also have accepted 2550: each wife plays and is killed 50 times by aliens, and then upon attempting to use her first continue, is stabbed to death.

You clearly didn't stab your wives, you stabbed yourself to escape the endless arguing having 50 wives would bring.

I started with only one wife, and we argued all the time, then I married another so they could argue with each-other instead of me, but it didn't work, so I married another, but that didn't work either... 50 wives later and not only do I still get my ear nagged off all day long, but the kitchen is still empty. You'd think at least one of them would not be so progressive.
Also, none of them can even get past the first stage on Contra, what a bunch of talentless hos. What did I even marry these bitches for if their mad skills are so weak? You'd think gunning down aliens would be like my number one criteria.
