When I went to the chipset I was using & tried to turn certain tiles into Wall Tiles, it would only allow me to do that with the first 3 or so rows. Is there any way to get around that? Because some of those particular tiles in the chipset are better off being wall tiles, but I can't seem to make them that way for some reason.

Only the top 3 rows have that square passability property. So you'd have to edit your chipset to have the ones you want up there in the auto-tiles.
That's kinda' what I figured. No biggie, really; I'll just have to tinker around with the chipsets, then.
As a workaround you can place lower level passibility objects one square 'into' the wall to create the same effect. This is what I did before I learned of the 'square' passability type.
