Can anyone turn the first 60 seconds of this into a midi for me? i dont know how to do it =/.

There's no way converting an Mp3 to a midi. You need the scores of the piece to write it to a midi.

You should just search google for Grandia midis.

I just found this with a quick search: http://www.midishrine.com/ostepop/sga/Grandia/opening_theme.mid

There you have it in a midi version. If you want a different one, you could try searching it yourself.

Actually there is.

Guitar Pro, 3 maybe (?) allows converting it.
I remember that function above all else.

Yes, a lot of sequencers can convert songs to midi, but you need to have the notes in the sequencer. Mp3s don't bring notes in the sequencer, only the sound. So, no, you can't convert an Mp3 file to a midi.
Converting an mp3 to a midi is like trying to convert a blurry jpg image into the original png or something. It doesn't really work.
