I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

The three midi files in this folder (onestop, flourish, and town) were samples included with Windows 3.1. They were written for Microsoft and included in Windows 3.1 because 3.1 was the first operating system to include a built-in midi instrument library, making it capable of playing back midi files. These songs were included to show off the midi capability in Windows 3.1. They are just such great songs that they were left on the system and are still there in modern versions of Windows.
I know this because I was so stunned upon listening to this music that I immediately got on google and researched it.
