Download iDraw, open the file in it, choose the pencil tool, right click the color to locate it in the palette and move the sliders to make it pink. Do this for each shade.
Or, use the color select tool to highlight each color, then choose the color fill tool and paint over it with a new color. That way you can alter each color separately.
Making small edits like this is the best way to learn how to make your own graphics. What happens if you need to change another graphic? You'll be able to do it yourself.

Or you could open it up in Photoshop, go to Image > Adjustments > Replace Color, and just select all the shades of hair color with the the little eyedropper and move the sliders.
This way you can change the entire hair color immediately instead of doing it shade for shade.

Not everyone has photoshop. iDraw is much more accessible and easy to use. Sometimes it's better to know how to do something manually instead of pushing the easy button.
