Quick update - working in the localitation config

Hi there,

I just wonder to make a quick update. I been working in the project a lot but there is not a substantial advance. Specifically I been configuring the multilenguage system to get ready the game in spanish and english.

I'm using the ForeverZero's localization script (adapted for VX by Kk20). At the moment i'm just moving all the texts from the RPG Maker to the respective file where all spanish texts are going to be compacted. But also i have to change all the massage commands inside the game and start using the script's command needs to point the textes located in the lenguage file.

At te moment i can say i have done 50% from the total messages in the game, this includes a 6000 lines aprox. So far i'm just adapting, changing and moving text from a place to another, so the process of translations it's going to take a few more months to begin.

But i getting this hardly, repettive and boring task to get the game prepared from this early stage, so i can go ahead developemtn with the multilenguage included. This is going to be much better than finish the game and then start implementing the localization system (that would be a headchech and the double of work to be done).

So for now sorry to have not much to show, but this is exactly what i passing through now. I do not feel prepared to translate the game neither, but once the system will be full implemeted, the translation part it is not going to be much complicate, cause it will be just neccesary to modifed a text file.

So, let's see what happens in the future hehe.

Quick update - First demo in VX Ace is coming!

Lately i've been working a lot into the project. I still testing the game and repairing the different issues that has appeared once i transformed the game from RPG Maker VX to RPG Maker VX Ace.

No regrets about this point. Transforming the project has been one of the most productive things i could ever done. RM VX Ace has a lot of improvments in the engine itself also much more material in the internet., but of course, this forced me to made an extra-effort to rebuild the demo.

Anyway, now the new demo has severals improvements. The first one i would like to highlight is the ilumination add-on. I'm using the Khas's ilumination scripts and the results are amazings.

I mostly use it for night scenes or dark scenarios. I barely used for daylight scenarios, at the moment. But now all the night/dark scenarios looks significantly more amazings.

I been modifying a lot of charsets (with my limited artistic skills) to add some little details. I have a long way to improve my skills on this point, but for now i'm very satisfied with the few results.

I made a huge advance i which means the Data Base organization. Has been a massive headache, but bit a bit its getting completed. I can say that the basic items for the first step of the adventure are complete (armor, weapons, accesories and anyother kind of item), also the enemies, troops, skills and classes. I have nothing to show in this point, but i hope once anybody test the game, feels it balanced.

I would like in a future to sustitute all the music that the game already have for new and original one, but for now, the game will use as provisionary soundtrack a collection of internet pieces (from games, animes, series, etc).

As well, i would to record game intro traslated to english, so i can share something undestandable for you. I will put my best to try to get off me the most broken english possible. Let's see what happen...
