Much-needed bug fixes and tweaks.
- Removing the Cutscene Skip message before the intro
- Letting you actually add the Jarhead and Bone Necklace to your inventory
- Removing collision issues with torn wallpaper and holes in the floor
- Adding a couple more bits of narration to objects on the map that didn't have them
