A Devil's Chance

The war is over. Humanity is no more. Demons walk the earth like so many vermin.

But, in the final moments in the clash between heaven and hell, the goddess and Satanail made a bargain: twenty human souls would persist in the afterlife, forced to undergo eternal rebirth. Thrust into lifelike vessels, they are forced into this new game. Will they grow strong enough to defeat demonkind, or will they succumb to the inevitable madness of immortality?

A ruined planet sprawls before the vessels. The match is set. Defeat Satanail, or die -- over and over again.

This game was created for the Boulevard of Broken 2k3 Dreams event. It is quite possibly Craze's final 2k3 game, and as such, their intention was to celebrate the rm2k3's wonderful RTP bestiary in as pure and bizarre a way as possible.
