Battle Restart, Item Reserve and Skip Cutscene

A couple of updates and one possible bug fix.
First up is Battle Restart.
At first I was against adding this as a feature to the battle system but, after the tester went through the demo it was clear that it takes a while for people to get used to how the battles work. And so I added the Battle restart so people would not get too frustrated with battles and as bonus allow people to try different tactics for different battles.
As for what battle restart does it's pretty simple. It allows you to restart the current battle to exactly how it was when the battle started.
Just press the "CTRL" key during battle and a window asks you if you want to restart the battle.
(Game Over has been replaced by a similar set of options too.)
While still on the topic of battles I found what I think it's a bug and decided to fix it. I say I think because I'm still not sure if it's a bug or not.
The fix which I decided to call Item Reserve makes it so when a character picks an item it is reserved to that character, as opposed to VX default Battle System which allows everyone to pick an item even if there is only 1 left. Yes I am aware that in VX default Battle System this way of picking items would allow other characters to use the item if a party member dies before he could use it(This is why I'm not sure if it's a bug or not).
And last but not least is Skip Cutscene.
This was actually one of the first scripts I did for the game some years back when it started. I dont really consider it much of a feature but, it's good to mention it's available.
What it does is pretty simple. It allows you to pause/skip cutscenes which you may have watched before or simply wish to skip. It also included the "Restart Cutscene" option but, I it was removed until I could do some further testing on it.
Just press "CTRL" key during a Cutscene and a window asks you if you want to skip the Cutscene.
Once again thanks for reading and have a nice day.

I like how you can restart battles and skip cutscenes any time <3
That's a huge time saver when New Game+ing or when you know you're already losing the battle~
