Alright, when I downloaded this game and opened it up, I saw two kind of sad flaws:
Yes. That is indeed a '.docx' file.
So I began the game, to complete the "Send Me In Coach" event, and was greeted with the title screen:
Clearly they worked hard on that.
I got to pick whether I was a boy or a girl, and name my character. I decided to be original.
As usual, I checked my inventory, to see what was there.
I wandered around for a short while, until I found a house:
When I asked him about the dungeon, he gave me a nice response:
But enough about that. The fact is, after you get through the tedious beginning part, the game turns out to have lied to you. It's nothing like Runescape. For one, it's pretty good after an hour in, and it has a plot. I was amazed by the fact that it actually did get better as time went on, rather than most games.
Battling: 1/5
Battling is incredibly tedious, and very dull. You get bored of it quickly, and spend more time trying to avoid the enemies then you do fighting them.
paralyzing with the Tribal Battleaxe.
Story: 3.5/5
At first, the game deceives you with it's dull, complacent storyline. But then, we get to this:
And you're off on a mad dash to get together a group of allies and save the world.
Balance: 1/5
After I got the Tribal Battleaxe, I just paralyzed all my enemies and beat the crap out of them every time. And, you can buy these in the first ten seconds:
Mapping:4/5
The game creator isn't very good at first, and we get stuff like this:
But I was fine with that. You know why? Because the puzzles in this game are brilliant. You've got sliding puzzles, and then you've got this:
That's brilliant. Angled tiles, and it's a puzzle to boot.
Originality: 3/5
While there are a few elements from Runescape, it has something every game should have, in my opinion.
Customizable windowsets. You have to buy a bit to complete your house, but it's worth it.
Overall: 2.5/5
While the game so far is very good, we've got the problem of it pretending to be something it's not. It's pretending to be Runescape, when it's indeed far better. Why go for last when you can get first?
But, it would be a lot better if the balance issues were fixed, (The Tribal quest was nearly impossible), and you used a sideview battle system. The default system kind of sucks. Hell, even if it's FF style sideview, lots more people would enjoy.
And don't say the game is like Runescape. That turns people off.

Dante, I played the earlier version of this game and agree that Battling and Balance are things that really need some serious work. Also, regarding the first you mention there is a workaround for that. You need to install these two files (assuming you have Word 2000 or 2003):
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=941B3470-3AE9-4AEE-8F43-C6BB74CD1466&displaylang=en
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/info.aspx?na=47&p=2&SrcDisplayLang=en&SrcCategoryId=&SrcFamilyId=941b3470-3ae9-4aee-8f43-c6bb74cd1466&u=details.aspx%3ffamilyid%3d9A1822C5-49C6-47BD-8BEC-0D68693CA564%26displaylang%3den
If you don't have Word at all, you can always download the latest version of OpenOffice as well. I know it is annoying to have to do all this to see those two files, but any .docx becomes accessible. So called progress. :-P

I was fine without it. Just bugged me a bit. :P
But, yes, balance is shot. I can kill monsters with the Tribal Battleaxe at a ridiculously easy rate. It's the most overpowered weapon ever.
It's got a 50% chance of paralyzing for 4 turns, every turn. I can spam att with that.

I don't agree AT ALL with your storyline and mapping scores.
First things first, what in the hell did you find appealing about the diagonal room? You do know that that is laden with mapping errors, right? The treasure chest is going in to the wall, the holes in the ceiling are facing straight up, and the staircase wouldn't connect to the upper floor. And sliding puzzles? You can move an object onto an area, and that's somehow worthy of a 4/5? And then there's a copy-paste map of the same people in rows? Yeah... no. Also, I forgot to mention how the entire map is symmetrical. Is this the first game you've played, or do you have no grasp of proper mapping?
Storyline... "You save the world." Isn't that default? If that's all you can say about it, then clearly there's nothing more than going from point A to point B, fight the demon, and "save the world." If this is true, then that's not exactly a storyline, and more deserving of a 1/5.

Wow Corfaisus. Thank you for reviewing this review. It made me think about reviewing, and how to review in general. Never have I been thinking these thoughts about reviewing and reviews in general before.
And the maps, while rather unappealing, were laden with puzzles. And I like puzzles.
A lot.
And you're saving the world from a war of the likes the world has never seen.
