I should emphasize that a general release is NOT imminent. There's a lot of work left to do in a lot of different areas.

Nevertheless, a couple of the odd/experimental things OH does are pretty well set up, and it'd be nice to have some people to bounce interface and tutorial ideas off of. And, well, I decided there was no need to go an entire year totally without outside input.

I'd kind of like to have real-time communication with some of you trying things out for the first time, doesn't have to be everyone. I'm usually on the RMN IRC channel (though sometimes AFK there for long stretches), or can come on AIM or whatever's convenient.
