well! I do actually use facesets, although only for major/special characters...
Hopefully it's not too confusing for people...

I don't find it confusing at all! That's what I did and it seemed to work out fine.

I suppose! If by 'estate' you mean 'mansion', then... yes. :)
It's a mansion adjacent to the castle in the capital city.
English is not my native language, so sometimes I get confused by specific words haha.
