Until my problem with RPG Maker XP is solved, I think I'll try my luck on RPG Maker 2K and 2K3.

As the title suggests, I still haven't been able to fix my RPG Maker XP problem yet. I've sent two emails to the company Enterbrain (one in English, and one in Japanese), but they haven't responded yet. So for now, Bronze Soul is still on hiatus.
However, BD_Design suggested RPG Maker 2K3, and Idida1 confirmed it being free, so I might try my luck with that. And if I find the 2k3 battle system to suck, I'll do 2K instead. Or make 2 separate projects with both makers. You never know.

2k3 is much better. 2k is terrible.

You know where to download it right?

2K is terrible? I thought they were basically the same, just 2K3 had an ATB side-view fighting system instead of the traditional front fighting system ala Dragon Quest.

EDIT: Also, where can I find a good 2K3 font patch? I've been searching for one, and can't seem to find it. Do I need it if I download 2K3?

Well its not terrible but i dont like it... 2k3 is just better.
Also 2k always comes up with errors, but that might just be ma pc.

I dont know about font patches, i use the defualt one.

What OS do you have on your computer, then? And does your writing come off...strange and bizarre looking?

Windows vista.

And the writing comes up a little to close together, i will end up getting a patch when i can be bothered lol.

*Bangs head on desk* That's what I am TRYING to get the games I try to play made with RPG Maker 2k3 to look like. Hero's Realm, and Sword of Illarion, for example.
