The blue contrasts well with the rest of the title screen, but the font choice is, I feel, not fitting. If you'd used the Novo Jogo font for the main title text, I feel this design would have more impact.

I don't like the Brazilian trend of using English names for games in Portuguese. And you used both an English AND a Japanese name. No good.
