My old sprite style which I based off of Sailor Moon : Another Story had me a bit limited so I decided to create a "new" sprite style with SMAS and Romancing Saga 3 sprites as a base. It lets me add in more detail for both kid and adult sprites. Anyways, with this done I have to resprite some characters but I only had complete sprite sets for the main characters so it's not much of a hold back. I've been working more on the game as school's coming to an end so expect more updates (and requests >_>).
Celia's costume is a prototype, I'm trying to give her Puella Magi costume a sky theme but I don't want to be too literal. I've went from winged corsets to one-pieces to this tutu-esque dress with what is supposed to be a feather in her hair. XD

CloseLiking it so far. My only suggestion would be to increase the contrast, especially with the outlines in the air.

I'm liking the costume, actually! :D Have you tried adding some sort of gloves-doohickies? That might tie it all together.
Other than that, I think you should monkey with the colours a bit - there's not enough contrast. Here's an awesome thread full of pixel arting and colouring tips! Also, her hair is looking a bit tacked on - defs get some shading/highlights on her face, as it looks a bit flat at the moment.
