Manifest launch party

I thought some people might get a kick out of the two photos I recently posted. My wife threw a launch party for me when I finished and posted Manifest a few weeks back. Apparently she went to a bakery and had a custom cake made based off the game. The boyfriend of the baker played the game so he could relay some ideas to her, he got really into it, and continued to play well after the cake was finished. In the images section I've posted two digital photos of the cake. Yes, that is a cake, and it is all edible. Pretty neat, I thought.

I will admit, that cake looks magnificent and the history behind it made me want to give this game a shot. Unfortunately, the first dungeon (mines) wasn't able to keep my interest as I had to trek back and forth through random encounters to try to find the two switches I had to activate to continue.

Also, you may want to look into cutting down on the introduction, as I wasn't able to gain control of my character until about 16 minutes in.
