Infinty 2 More dark then light

(WARNING: may contain spoilers) As far as I can see Infinity 2 is an alright game . This is my first attempt at a review, I hope it meets all requirements and is helpful! You start the game by seeing the credits, because there isn't a way to beat the game. After viewing the credits you choose a character to play as. You then enter a town and begin to be a good or a bad person (earning points of notorious or kindness based on your actions). I will now say what I didn't like.

I would have liked to see the possibility of accessing different exclusive items or events by selecting a certain character, but their was none of that happening.

Character swapping: I didn't like the fact that you could swap characters at any point by talking to certain sprites. This made it easy to lose your choice of character.

The fact that a cat could buy a prostitute was more than a little off putting...

It was easy to make money by being notorious. I couldn't find many ways to bring up my kindness.

Wish it had more maps

The beach didn't have much of a point.

The strip club was unnecessary. ;)

What I did like:

I Really enjoyed the overall freedom the game gave you

The ability to change characters was cool, but could have been done better.

I liked the monsters and how you got to fight them.

The caves were pretty cool.

The weather changer. Although I couldn't find huge uses for it.

Legolas was cool

Now some more details about the game. There is a large selection of character's you can choose from at the beginning of the game. Some looking like knights others like fairy's, but during exploration of the game's maps you can change your sprite. This is made possible by talking to certain characters. Some of the unlockable characters include Legolas (Lord of the Rings), Link (The Legend of Zelda), and Darth Vador (Star Wars). It was cool to be able to change characters, but not being able to switch back to my choice of who to play without paying the hefty sum of $25,000 was pretty lame.

Moving on, I will discuss how the battles occur. You can start battling by paying a stranger in the mountains $1,000; money I acquired by being in a gang. He will then lead you to an hidden monster arena where you can battle a select set of enemies. To battle one of these monsters you have to go up to one and press space. When you eradicate all of the arena's monsters you will get a pass allowing you to go to the cave.

The cave is a large maze-like place where you can run into a larger variety of monsters. There are all kinds of beast to battle ranging from Orcs to Dark Knights. Battles occur randomly as you explore the cave. In all battles your characters is represented by someone wearing a samurai's suit. This is probably so the creators didn't have to program battles for every playable character. To be honest I don't know if there is an end to those caves because eventually I pressed space to escape.

Other then battles I tried to help people out. You could do good things like help a man find his bunny or retrieve a girls lost hair bow. After those good deeds ran out joining a gang seemed to be the only way to get cash. I murdered several people for a couple hundred bucks. When all was said and done my kindness was 60 and my notoriety was 255. Thus my review title "More dark then light".

Infinity 2 was an average game. The main reason I played so long was the battles. I Really wanted more "kind" things to do....instead I accidentally assisted rape in a hotel restroom. More could have been done to make this game enjoyable, but I did enjoy it while it lasted.
