Conversion to Ace?

Hey everybody! I know Camupins has made this project just for regular ol' VX, but what does everyone think on turning it into a project for Ace? I know Ace has a lot of cool features, but it lacks quite a bit of unique scripts compared to VX. I actually wanna try it on Ace, but I figured I should ask others first. What you all think? :)

I really matters what scripts you want to keep for the project.
There is a Vx to Ace converter out there if you want to use that.

Perhaps I will look for it. There isn't really a script I want to keep. I'm trying to be open to anything, so I can get creative.

Two things I love about Ace

- Tanking stat. You can have characters increase their threat, to the point of them being the only thing attacked.

- Unlimited tilesets

- More features with less scripts to screw up

Haha, that's three things~ :) The second one is something that's done me wonders, and really saves you from the trouble of learning how to use VX's tileset changer thing.
VX's tile changers still give me nightmares.

I like Ace, and the options it presents, but the RTP is amazingly huge.

Yeah, I still rely very heavily on RTP. So sue me.

This blog is short, so I have a few questions: how would you use Ace's features to improve the game? Further rationale? Ace's script base is increasing all the time, and there are ways to differentiate your game without needing scripts for everything. I think either way you'll be better off with Ace, since it has a streamlined mapping tool and greater potential for powerful scripts as time moves on.

I agree~ I've already made the conversion and am continuing on production~
