I can imagine that I'm the last person you want to here from but I know exactly where you're coming from. At one point along time ago, I had been working on this one project for almost 4 months and my pc crashed. This was back in the day of floppy disks and USB flash drives didn't exist yet. I lost everything. That has actually happened to me several times. Now I keep a couple back ups that I update regularly. I keep on my pc and the other on a dedicated USB.

Actually I think just about everyone here for the most part has been there. So, hang in there.

That was a couple of weeks ago, and you still got everything up on a download, well, at least most of it you progress on, so don't give up trying to get everything up again.

Actually the absolute worst and most recent was my pc got fried by a power surge from a lightning storm last summer and I lost everything. I had to redo load my game off of RMN and basically start from there. I lost roughly 20% of my project at that point.
