Also, please download the harmony.dll (link: http://rpgmaker.net/users/Yellow%20Magic/locker/harmony.dll ) if you haven't done so already and place it in the project folder after the game's installed.

ALSO, if you don't have the RM2k RTP installed you'll need to include this line:

FullTimePackageFlag=1

in the RPG_RT.ini after installation. Sorry about the inconvenience~
