Damien is the main character and as such is the prototypical "balanced" character. Still he has a number of quirks special to him. He is the only character in the game capable of lowering the stats of enemies, which is an important skill to have in a number of battles. Also he is the sole user or haste. Speed is usually a powerful thing to have in battle. Outside of that he specializes in controlling the ebb and flow of battle with his delay attacks. Damien is a character that will prove useful through all parts of the game but will be outclassed greatly in some facets.



Gabriella is the mage of the game. Not much to be said about her, she is the character you wan tto use if you just want to nuke the opposition in submission. Her magic stat is the highest in the game, and using her attacks while under the assistance of attribute altering states can make her damage immense.


Safer is among the swiftest characters in the game with a myriad of tricky attacks to use. He does relatively low damage but with his speed and unique attacks he can easily turn the tide of battle in the teams favor. He has low defense so prolonged battles are difficult for him unless he wears heavy armor, but in doing so he gives up much needed attack and speed. He also is the sole character to have the ability to bestow the powerful state meltdown, instantly destroying all of an enemies defenses.


Olivia is a "blue mage" allowing her to learn the abilities of the enemies she encounters. This gives her a diverse skill list ranging from states, damage, buffs, and even a bit of healing. outside of that she has a great attack to just bludgeon the adversaries to death.


Neveah has the second highest magic in the game and quite possibly the longest list of skills. She doubles as a white mage and summoner giving her a option for almost every situation. Her low stats outside of MP and Magic are hardly a hassle with proper protection. If she can stay alive then she can be easily one of the most useful members of the team.
