Balmung Cycle Part I: The Messenger and the Heretic

Optional doors and chests throughout the game may only be accessible by using special universal keys. There are three types of keys to be on the lookout for, each more increasingly rare than the last.

Bronze and silver keys are plentiful, however silver keys are somewhat more of a rarity. Gold keys are the rarest of the rare, and there may not even be enough in existence to open all gold chests and doors in Balmung Cycle...

Each door or chest is color coded according to the key required. Before using a key, the player is given a message to confirm the option, meaning there is still time to back out if you change your mind!

Why is it all color coded chests and doors can be opened by a run-of-the-mill key? You can't ask that!
