What she's holding is in the shape of a gun, but that green screen makes me think it's some kind of TV. Maybe it's a hybrid along the lines of Squall's gun sword?

I want to say yes, but no. No she wont. Even if it would be hilarious to have her pull out a massive gatling gun and riddle enemies when angry. :'D
