Update #4 - E.vent Scripting Continues

Work continues on event scripting. If I had to give an estimate of how far
we are with writing events, I'd say about 33%. The first 5 towns have all NPC work complete, as well as story events. Work is progressing at a fast pace, over all and we're well ahead of schedule.
