Only Vaan can switch classes, this will change his battle animation. Everyone else has prefixed classes. Every time Vaan masters a skill within the chosen class he will learn it in his normal class within the mastery command.

The game starts off with Vaan and afterwards you'll be allowed to choose between three people. Vaan, Vaan's grand father Clyde or Clyde's father Jonju. After you beat a chapter you can switch between the characters or choose the same character. As you beat chapters you may be able to unlock new main characters like Elsa, the Black Tooth Mercs, etc and play through their experience within the game. Kinda like Suikoden III.

Universe Mode is the location where the main character will be teleported after completing a chapter. This allows you to play a duel mode which consist of tournaments. Free play which allows you form a team with any of the characters from the game. Scenario Room which allows you to play through the eyes of different main characters as you complete their chapters one by one or you can switch between them and you can upgrade the skills you've learned and buy items, equipment, etc.

A demo should be out sooner than later but I want to make sure its enjoyable and has a decent amount of hours and features.

The demo will include:
1) Dream world- Vaan's chapter 1 - 100% completed
2) Search for the Earth Crystal- Vaan's chapter 2- Around 50% Adding optional bosses. (This chapter is pretty long.)
3) Universe Mode- After Chapter 2, you will arrive in this room. You will be able to choose between 3 of the starting characters; Vaan, Clyde or Jonju. Vaan will continue at Chapter 3 while the other two will start at Chapter 1. Clyde may probably not be include in the demo nor will Vaan's Chapter 3.
4) Final Battle- Jonju's Chapter 1- 90% completed.

Also, in this demo you will be able to acquire the Sword Master class, you can fight in two Suikoden style duels, and weapon sharping like Suikoden; probably sharpen level 3 might be the limit in the demo.

Basically that's what will be included in the demo.
