So after researching it turns out its the solid collision code provided which would mean going back creating my own collision code then reformatted all the other code even though the game mechanics where close to 30% complete and trust me that's a LOT for what I got plan for this game.
huuuuh sometime I just really hate my brain for not catching this sooner ow-well back to work!!
