Thinking about finishing this game this year

I decided today that I want to finish this. But I don’t want to use basic ass rpgmaker2k3 if I can help it. Is there a tool or something that converts rpgmaker2k3 graphics to one of the newer makers???? I googled, but didn't find anything. Probably wishful thinking on my part, but I thought I’d ask anyway.

After work, I'm going to buy a notebook and start writing out the events so I'd at least have the story done. Some questions. What maker are people using now? In the event the tool I'm looking for doesn’t exist, can someone redesign the character graphics? Also, can someone collaborate with me on beefing up the gameplay? I don't have anything partocular in mind, really, just something fast-paced and fun. I see so many people doing awesome and creative things with their games. I don't know jack about coding combat or much about the technical stuff of game designing #letsjustbehonest, but hopefully I can work with someone who does.

Well other than that, I actually like Mystery Man Zero his character, his costume, his mask! I also like the atmosphere and the theme.

I'm going to start working on this game again after I finish up with this project I'm doing (which will be finished within the next hour or so =P)

I didn't expect the feedback to be so positive. It's made me want to give this game a little more depth than what was originally planned (which was none)

Just got to play some more parts to it today. This is one excellent game, and I couldn't put it down. Normally I would get turn off by a bunch of back story details thrown out of nowhere, but I could follow it in this case. Characterization and pacing is awesome as well. A good cross between MIB and Persona.

Keep it up, you're my new inspiration.
