Yeah his HP is unlimited and refills at the end of each battle phase. Even so he has a HP limit of 999,999 so you will never kill him.

After nearly 2 hours battle with this 'Terminus', I'm too bored that I must skim through comments here and now I know I have been trying meaninglessly. I hope you put a more clearly warning (in game we can defeat 'immortal' enemy) or just let him use a 'kill all' skill at 10th turn for example. Now I must return to the last save file since I used too much items trying to defeat the undefeatable.

That is the clue I needed! I was able to mimic the bug by going to Helmsley before doing The Golden Mountains quest. So for anyone that has downloaded the game before this post please do The Golden Mountains quest first before heading off to Helmsley. I have fixed this bug. So you will need to re-download the game. What happened was I mistakenly allowed you to "skip" past The Golden Mountains Quest if go to Hemsley. Technically you could just continue the story as long as you avoided going to the Oracle. But I think I fixed it right... sorry to both of you for the inconvenience.

I have redownloaded and managed to continue, but now I'm stuck since I can't go to the Inferno (I can see the volcano but there is no way to go there) and the other places to collect 3 crystals
In quest log there is a main quest "Tinker in Hemsley" that I can't see the details since there is not enough space and I can't scroll down (I think that is the quest I completed before I should). I tried to revisit him but the cutscene won't reappear and he only says to quickly find the crystal
Also the first time I visited the inventor's house I can go through the right door to the airship but now I can't.
