ANGELICNIGHTMARE'S PROFILE

Ok so I am basically new to the video game making world...well of rpg maker, sphere, game maker, etc. Anyways I want to know which is the best RPG Maker out there that you can download? I know they made RPG Maker VX easier for beginners but I didn't know how easy. And I see a lot of RPG Making people using 2003 on here. Which is the best?

The Easiest to use?

The more versatile to use?

I want to make a game (obviously) and I need to know which RPG Maker to pick.



Also I do have a side question...you know Tactic games such as FFTactics or Jean D' Arc, or Disgaea? Is there a program like RPG Maker and such that is meant for creating Tactic based games. That would be nice to to have one that does that. Thanks for anyone who helps!

Now as odd as this seems is there a way to put the games we download from users and put them onto our PSP? Some of these games would be really cool to play whenever you know. I use my PSP a lot so it would be handy. Just wandering.
