i don't like the carpet board id use a real board but if you cant find one do the shift click method b/c the wall is at the bottom of the board
think the wall is to high since everyother room is 2 tiles high but i guess you cant help that just move it to 3 then like this:

I wonder what Enterbrain was thinking when they made that water tile..Lol overall this looks a bit better than your last rendition of his house. :)
