[DEMO+YOUTUBE] Cell Chamber
I have now canceled this project in favor of smaller games but this game will remain up for download for the foreseeable futuree and I have also provided a youtube trailer here TRAILER: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LTTWLedUOyI (it's my first time using trailer making kit etc so it sucks pretty bad.)

Mewd - I know it can be a little laggy depending upon the system you are using, but I have done my utmost to make it better whilst not losing any existing features. You shouldn't really have to turn up the brightness to see, it is meant to be dark but I have constantly fiddled with the darkness levels to give a good balance. The current levels are the result of a lot of peoples feedback.
SYA - I just used the anime pictures because I didn't have time to do EVERY feature. If a good artist had offered his services I'd have gone with his/hers instead.

Screen Black
I don't mean to sound rude at all but if you don't know how to do things as basic as that then I'd read up on as much event tutorials as I could if I were you.
Anyway, you can do it by either:
A: Changing the screen tone all the way down to the left on each slider
B: Add in a black png/jpeg that is 640 x 480 and show it as a picture over the screen

I wouldn't really want to make people have to play with a certain button combination, I for one have changed the button layout as I mention in my walkthrough. It takes 2 seconds to change by pressing F1 so there is no need I guess.
If rmxp.org won't let you on for the walkthrough, use gamingw instead.

Kentona my apologies for not updating the first post but I have already modified the download to be standalone so you didn't need the rtp... sorry! It just never gets comments here so I never updated it!
@ Ultimaodin... I'm not really sure what you mean, a ton of people have played it and I haven't heard a complaint about set buttons? Why does enter = shift for you? ...And I don't know what a "set button" script is.
You are probably right about the mound but my rpg wouldn't be the first to have something stupid the party can't just jump/swim/climb over etc!
It isn't a team project either, all I have had is some on and off musicians now and again.
You use the button input with a script by claimh, look for it on rmxp.org.

The demo has been updated now to address all bug issues from previous feedback and the necessary RTP files have been included so it can be played straight from download by everyone. The download is pretty quick too, thanks to the host.

I Need Help!
You need the .exe which is the thing with the 4 arrows coming out of it. After you have compressed your game you'll find one in the directory you set it to be created in.

Glad to see you here Calibre, is demo ready yet?
Months late but in fact yes it is!
Updated the first post entirely with the release of the demo and it is on a dedicated (very fast) host so don't worry about download speeds.
This version is RMXP RTP dependent, but an independent version should be ready within the next week or so. The RTP is downloadable from the Enterbrain site I believe if somebody is eager to try it!.

You are spot on with what I have done to the character artwork, its never really struck me that they are sloppy before and no one on any other boards has ever brought it to my attention. But seeing as you got it spot on they must be noticeable, sure you just havent got a shrp eye for stuff like that! I can change the skin tone of Niko but the proportions don't seem too bad to me, perhaps the head is a little large though.
By chug, I assume you mean suffer slowdown, which it wont have any effect on whatsoever. It's just one image overlayed, it makes no difference what is on that image though, whether it be 100 lights or 1.
