Here's some names of games that I really like and I'll explain why. Not really indicative of the quality of what's inside the game, as such, but how well the title fits the game, or just how awesome the title is in general.
- Jimmy and the Pulsating Mass- Surreal and cute yet creepy. "Pulsating" is a good adjective.
- Super Battle Kiddo Experience!- Unnecessarily long + exclamation mark on the end gets bonus marks for me. Also, it's always good to add "Super" to the beginning of any game name.
- Legends of the Roguelike- What it says on the tin.
- Photometric- I know, I'm biased. But not really, Pizza came up with this one.
- It Moves- Simple yet startling.
- Myriad Cypher- Two very cool words put together somehow sum up this game nicely.
- Dreaming Mary- Kind of poetic.
- Razed are the Powerful- Took me a while to realize the initials spell RTP.
- Suzy and freedom- A hopeful title to a less-than-hopeful game.
- Beautiful Escape: Dungeoneer- Holds plot relevancy whilst using common words, and yet still remains unique, since "beautiful" and "escape" don't usually go together.
- Okiku, Star Apprentice- Stating a title and a name, and the central character. It's a unique name and it pretty much sums up the tone of the game before you even know what it's about.
- The Bad Lebowski- Simple combination of "Badaptation" and "The Big Lebowski" but for some reason I like it, maybe even better than the original.
- The Good, The Bad & The Pork- Holy cow this is great. It's just colourful and wonderful.
- I Expect You to Die- Good name for a villain-based game.
- Adeline of the West- It feels fresh. Where's the west? Who's Adeline? You read the title and immediately you start asking questions.
- Do Broken Toys Go To Heaven?- Trust pianotm to come up with a genius title like this. A big fan of dystopian societies himself, it seems similar to Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? I liked the short story, but I just discovered the game.
- The Book of True Will- Already indicative of its religious undertones. The centre of the story. It's nice when you find a title that is actually relevant to the plot, instead of just a random adjective that no-one understands that ends in "-escence". Sorry, all those games, it doesn't mean you're bad, but... those titles! Please~
- Homework Salesman- I don't know how it's relevant to the game (I don't think she actually sells homework) but the idea of selling homework seems really cool for some reason. I want to make a game about a little kid that does homework for other kids and charges a fee for it. Come to think of it, that might be a boring game. Unless we make said kid a literal genius who can finish homework in seconds flat.
Great idea!
The Sword and the Fish - why a fish?
Befuddle Quest - yeah okay I came up with this but I really like it okay?
A Blurred Line - what a great foreboding title.
Pom Gets Wifi - fits just perfectly
STOP EVILGOD - obvi
More to come as I peruse....

I like this..! I think some of my favorites are I'm Scared of Girls for being kinda out there, A Very Pink Game for being *exactly* what it says it is, and Luxaren Allure for having a memorable nonsense word and just sounding good when you say it aloud.
I also really like Three The Hard Way and Safety: Life is a Maze. I like weird titles that don't really mean anything specific, maybe?

@kentona I also like Befuddle Quest, so don't be ashamed, it's not just you, kentona. Pom Gets Wi-Fi is a wonderful self-descriptive title also.
@slash I'm Scared of Girls is a really creepy title. Luxaren Allure is really memorable, I agree.

I've always liked Paradise Blue. Something about switching adjective and noun makes words sound cooler~
Three the Hard Way was a title that made me double-take. I also have to appreciate titles like PLEASE STOP EVILGOD and Czarina Must Die for their sheer straight-forwardness.
Thanks, Cashmere!
I'm particularly fond of poetic or philosophic sounding titles that can be interpreted in different ways, which is why I Miss the Sunrise and How Far are my absolute favourites. I also like weird one-word titles, as well as unusually long and strange sentence-like titles like I Expect You to Die or A Very Long Rope to the Top of the Sky (though I never finished that game).
One title that still greatly confuses (and fascinates) me is Where End Times Saddest Songs. A great game name, but what is it supposed to mean?! Is it just a case of a forgotten apostrophe (Time's) or was that done on purpose? It definitely doesn't look like it was done accidentally. But then, what kind of sentence is that, what could it mean? No matter how much I think about it, it just makes no sense! *head explodes*

it's a line of a poem.
E:
Oh No, Asteroids!
I am a sucker for game titles with exclamation points. You Are Not The Hero! and Explore Because Stuff! also notable.
Tales of the Drunken Paladin
Immediately intriguing for obvious reasons.
Barkley, Shut Up and Jam: Gaiden
Come on and slam

Quote for truth.
I like Chronology of the Last Era, because it's such a good classic RPG title. You could see a name like that emblazoned on a SNES cartridge for sure.
I could probably write a better list of names that I don't like, because I'm a huge jackass.
if you can't yell a game name while doing a midair twirl and landing in a fist pump pose, i refuse to make it
'Princess Princess', 'Mirror Mirror' -I like when someone doesn't feel ashamed of his fav word
'Devilender' -my personal favorite amongst Crazenames.
'Tantibus' -cool word, i guess.
'Everything will be fine' -It won't.
'Black Future' -cuz it's Black Future.
'WWF vs. WWF' -game based on its name.
'The Brief and Meaningless Adventure of Hero Man' -It gets me information I value the most, estimated time I am about to spend with the game.
'Ovnogesl v3' -I wonder what Ovnogesl means.
'Azure Waves' -cuz Paradise Blue was already mentioned.
Oh, there is just so many. I like like every second name for being either somehow good, cool or super cliche.

Go here for an explanation.
Also
Sheep Love ...really?
The Ugly Carrots: The curse of the battlebot - because this
Wraith - the word has always worked for me (long before SGA) I really should get around to reviewing it one of these days.
River of Stars - a new one, but it's just such an evocative title.
All of these are great so far. Also...
Star Stealing Prince - Maybe it's the alliteration, maybe it's because it's a title that tells a little story all its own.
Miserere - because it sounds funny when I try to pronounce it
Punch Bears - pretty self explanatory
cat game - meow
Rust and Blood - very expressive, also kind of makes me scrunch my nose because it reminds me of the smell/taste of copper.
April Was a Fool - Idk it amuses me
And all of Housekeeping's game titles, honestly.
