different color tiles in RPG Maker MV

why can't i find this purple tile? i use a premade map but apparently it has tiles
i can't even use. can i change they're colors?

Need experienced rpg makers for a commercial project desired skills listed below.

rpg maker mv
javascript programmer (for starship battle system, mecha cockpit type interface)
graphic artist (focused art include starships/spacestations etc)
writer (dialogue, story)


project not started yet, need support, big goal is to start a crowdfunding campaign. profit sharing considered.
