What program can I use when I do my own tiles which are 35px x 35px dimension.

Thanks. Hmmm. I don't know well any lang. of cripting. Really isn't there any god program for this? I can't do this in any program I know ;/ . As you see there (on my scene), are some shadows which need semitransparent options. ;/

Aw. Not yet. I forgot about it. Hehe. -_- Anyone knows a good program to make maps 2d like this. I cant do this in rmxp because dimensions of one tile are 35-35. Thanks in advance.
