I found it annoying when I tested this game on another computer after building a huge installer only to find out it will start in a window by default. Then I had to build the installer all over again just to include the registry file. :P
After you install the game, you change the registry of pretty much every RPG maker made game to play in fullscreen at execution. I find that a bit tedious. But maybe that's just me. I think having the game to mimic keyboard key sequences (Alt+Enter) to achieve fullscreen seems more reasonable. Now all my RPG maker games start in fullscreen =\
You should add an option window command at the start of the game asking if the player wants fullscreen on startup or not =\...personally, I dislike playing games fullscreen.
