Well in legal terms yes. It could be illegal and can get you disqualify for using copyrighted content. Since the prize have cash value.
0.0 so using any game music is gonna get us disqualified? ;_;

Oh okay, wow this gives a lot of freedom for creativity. It also means the entries are gonna be super different. I wonder how the judges are gonna judge them all equally.
